INCOMING HARDWARE UPGRADE @ GENESIS

Cum am promis am cumparat hardware nou pentru realmul Genesis pentru a imbunatati situatia cu lagul/delayul, piesele ar trebui sa ajunga pe la sfarsitul saptamanii deci speram ca saptamana viitoare reusim sa instalam noul hardware, ceea ce probabil inseamna o zi downtime Genesis

Cam astea sunt piesele:

1x MB Intel S2600CP2 + 2x Intel Xeon E5-2630 + 6x Kingston ECC DDR3 1x8GB 1333 MHz [48GB RAM] (doar la CPU, MB si RAM a fost nevoie de upgrade)
Multumim tuturor celor care au donat, doar cu ajutorul lor am putut mentine serverul in picioare pana acum!

As promised we have bought new expensive hardware for Genesis realm to improve the lag/delay issues, it should arrive by the end of the week and hopefully next week we will be on the new hardware which probably means 1 day downtime for Genesis

These are the new parts:

1x MB Intel S2600CP2 + 2x Intel Xeon E5-2630 + 6x Kingston ECC DDR3 1x8GB 1333 MHz CL9 (only CPU, MB and RAM needed upgrade)

Sunt curios de ceva. La memoriile Kingston ECC DDR3 1x8GB 1333 MHz CL9 nu erau mai bune unele cu 1600 MHz cum am vazut pe piata ? Sau doar astea erau compatibile pt server ? Sunt cele mai bune memorii disponibile pt un server ?

Xeonul ala suporta maxim 1333mhz.
Va rog sa va abineti de la posturi cu "MAI BINE LUAI AIA, TREBUIA SA IEI AIA", nu stiti ce inseamna sa achizitionezi piese pentru un SERVER
