400 g fasole
2 cepe
2-3 linguri ulei masline
2 rosii
1 gogosar
1 foaie de dafin
sare si piper
marar si patrunjel

Fasolea inmuiata in prealabil cateva ore in apa rece, se pune la fiert.

Se schimba apa dupa primul clocot, se umple cratita din nou cu alta apa fiarta si se fierbe pana este complet fiarta. Pe parcursul fierberii se mai schimba apa de cateva ori.

Ceapa se toaca marunt si se inabusa putin in uleiul de masline. Rosiile se decojesc, se blenduiesc (sau se toaca marunt) si se adauga peste ceapa. Gogosarul se curata, se spala si se toaca marunt, apoi se adauga in cratita. Se mai inabusa putin, apoi se „stinge” cu zeama in care au fiert fasolele, se adauga si fasolele. Se potriveste gustul de sare si piper. Se adauga si foaia de dafin si patrunjelul tocat.

Se lasa sa mai dea un clocot si se serveste calda, presarata cu marar verde tocat.
