Launcher is not working anymore

Bug description: Everything worked well until today, but now, if I try either freakz_837, or launcher_freakz, I get the same error from the screenshot below. I replaced those 3 files with the ones from freakz site. Also, I installed again the vc_redist x64. I really wouldn't like to download again 60gb and lose all my settings
