Mid-day raiding guild

Hello guys,

I'm actually curious if there are any guilds that raids between 7am server time - 3pm server time?
If not, would anyone else be interested in creating one?

Since I can clearly see that there are 500-1000 people online during the day.
Lets divide that by 2 cause of factions - there still should be enough people interested in forming a guild of at least 10 (20) people for M+/raid climbing.
With 9 other guys there should be no problem to form a steady stable group that just meets once/twice a week for some good & chill time.
