My game is crashing, when i try to log on my main character

Bug description: Hello, i can log on my other characters, but if I try to log on my main, its shows this and game always crashes. I deleted cache and try to unstuck it, but its the same.. Can you help me?

Hello Ventolin,

A server crash last week causes the game to crash for some players' chars when logging in. You will need a manual unstuck. If you're still having this issue, please reply here or create an in-game ticket on another char.
