Probleme cu Stick`ul

Am o problema cu stick`ul......a mers sa copiez muzica pe el 2-3 zile iar apoi imi tot da o erroare "Cannot copy......:The directory or files cannot be created...IMG: http://img7.imageshack.us/img7/5418/safad.png

Ce poate sa aiba...

nu e nevoie de asa ceva. fa asa
1.Start -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Computer Management -> Disk Management
2. Click dreapta pe strick si dai format

daca nu merge fa asa
Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System Restore
si reia pasul 1 si 2
