Hi.My brother is in Germany and he said to me that he cant play wow on this server couse his net provider dosent allow it.So can you tell me is there any way that he can play here from germany?He said that he can get punished for playing on private servers.thank you for your answer.

How he can get be punished? How they informed him about something as that? Did he received a letter or some electronic mail? Mind attaching a picture of it?

Answer: You can always use a VPN as a solution.

Ok.he said next to me that he get trough his ip address warning and that his provider tracking what he is doing on net.He said also that he cant enter on some sites and that it is forbbinden to him.he can play free to play games and only retail version of wow.when he try to play on any private or cracked server he gett warning.

Sounds like your brother is in China or worse North Korea.
