Bug description: Alleria Windrunner is not appearing next to Locus Walker on Mc'Aree, neither does the Shadowguard Incursion portal [252196]. I completed "A Vessel Made Ready" [47219], but now i cant pick up the quest "A Beacon in the Dark" [47220]. Tried relogging, disabling add-ons, deleting cache several times, watches youtube videos, searched on the forums for answer. Maybe i deleted the quest item, but im not sure. Hope you can help, since it is necessary for the "War of Light and Shadow" achivement.
