Hello guys, im here reporting a situation, i was in Timeless Isle and gathered 20k timeless coins to buy the item in question, and i bought it as usual but i had a message that said my timeless coins were refunded and i got the staff and wore it as usual. I talked with my guild mates about it and they told me to report it, and then i came to see how could report it and saw how to do the ticked...meanwhile i was writting the ticket, to see what info would be needed, i came here and saw a post where the guy asked for a print...and i thought "ok no problem" did the ticket saying that i had the print of that refund message. When i went to get the message the chat refresh cleared it and message was gone...although i did the ticket anyway because of the time i wasted gathering and farming the coins, talked to GM Snupeeh and he asked me to make this post about it, and that you guys can check on my item log that i bought the item we're talking about.
After it i tried to test it to see if it was general, and bought a plate and a cloth armor from the same store on Timeless Isle, and puff money gone, staff gone...that bug only happened when i bought the staff (Cloudscorcher Greatstaff). Hope you can help me, and to check what sort of happened please.

are you missing the Cloudscorcher Greatstaff still it shows you bought the staff then refunded it and bough again ?
