Hello,

when you trade in the SoO trash items + Echoes of War, you only get the 566 ones. According to WoW-Head, the new items should keep their Valor Upgrades.
The proof is only 2 Comments on WoW-Head, so I understand if that's not enough, I couldn't find anything more specific, but some Guild Mates remember it like that as well. http://www.wowhead.com/item=105856/echoes-of-war#comments

But, if it is, would it be possible to get the 582 hands, so I don't have to spend Valor again? You could just take the normal hands + Echoes of War from my Bag.

You need to spend valor, Sorry cant help with this
