Bug description:
I am not able to select the map for hall of the guardian to evolve from lvl 100 to 110 due to the later mission which I get my artifact to have had a bug for me to deliver the same I ended up abandoning the mission to try to see if the I make a mistake but it didn't come out and I'm stuck in level 101 without being able to proceed with the game's progress.

I can't proceed after picking up the weapon / artifact. the place to deliver the mission is gone so I had to withdraw the mission but I couldn't get it again.

Try to pick the quest up again. Since of how the system works, when you pick the quest up again it will autocomplete since you already obtained the weapons. After that, you'll be able to turn the quest in and continue with your questchain.
