Descrierea bugului / Bug description: ori spelu in sine nu consuma focus, ori regenul focusului este foarte mare, practic devine un spell spamabil

CAND ESTI LVL MIC AI FOCUS REGEN MARE...KND O SA FACI LVL O SA OBSERVI CA ITI CONSUMA FOCUS.

bine, daca ma vezi in game sa-mi dai whisper sa-ti arat ca trag in tine cu arcane shot si cu aimed shot pana ma plictisesc si nu raman fara focus, nici macar sub 50 nu scade
