Descriere: Heal reduced este 10% la orice rank, in loc de 4/7/10%. (Note: Pet heal merge bine, player slow merge bine)
Proof: http://i45.tinypic.com/288a2qe.jpg no debuff, heal 4201
http://i48.tinypic.com/2s9qeiq.jpg cu permafrost 1, heal 3780, adica cu 10% mai putin in loc de 4%.
