Descrierea bugului / Bug description: This mob, while doing 2 quests associated with him, spawned a level 19 elite Deviate Viper, which should only be found in Wailing Caverns (Dungeon).

NPC isn't in screenshot because I killed him, looted him and then ran out so that I could get away from the elite mob.

This is a 4.0.6 bug.

On 4.3.4 it's ok as far as I can see.
