[REJECTED] [Pandaria] Art of War quest disappear

Bug description: Abandoned the quest, can't find it anymore
Proof:

Hi, My Character name Tukangpanah, just got level 85, and then I accidentally abandoned the quest for Pandaria (The Art of War), when I talk to NPC "General Nazgrim" there's no active quest, and I already check the Warchief's Command Board referring this post: https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Pandaria-the-Vale-of-Eternal-Blossom-t362389.html. no luck, please help my char to receive this quest again.

Open your adventure guide and try to pick the quest up if you abandoned it accidentally. If that doesn't work, please provide a screenshot.

Hi, all I can find is only 2 quest on Pandaria, but not the main questline "The Art of War", here's the proof:

Hi, sorry just wanted to update, the quest is now available again, I just hit 85->86 and then quest is available again in my quest log.
