Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Ar trebui sa fie 6% hit in plus la melee attacks.

E posibil sa nu se puna in character sheet, testeaza pe dummy.

By default, you have a 26.5% chance to miss if you wielding two weapons.

testat pe freakz cu talentul de dual wield

e un pic ciudat, ma rog, nici testul nu poate fi 100% conclusiv.

nu ii dau inca confiermed. mai cautati info, eu am uitat cum era treaba asta pe enha.

Pe 4.0.6 am la Melee Hit Chance dublu fata de Spell Hit Chance, deci asta poate confirma ca nu merge cum trebuie.

Revin maine cu un print.
