I laughed so hard. It doesn't increase your spell power anymore. You can see if the talent works by testing the damage with and without Flametongue weapon. if the dmg is 7% bigger with flametongue enchanted and the talent activated than it works well, if not then it's a bug. Also come back with proof of what you have tested. Remember to make screenshots of combat log.

anyway something is bugged...either that talent or flametongue itself...doesnt give that 7% dmg ...someone posted it earlier

Works fine,the only problem is updating the character sheet with bonus damage(bonus healing is fine)

check at fixed spells ..magicqt did and topic got rejected by Raster as Duplicate

Ach sry my fault, this is changed to 4.3. I thought Flametongue Weapon SP bonus what a pity..
