Details: (optional) I just had 2x Shan'ze Ritual Stone. Now i completed a quest and got Sunreaver Bounty, i was lucky to get a Shan'ze Ritual Stone. I needed total 3 of them to complete a quest. Now suddenly i only have 1 Shan'ze Ritual Stone left in my bag.

Didn't click anything on Isle of Thunder!

Well no, is there any chance you can look at logs for that specific char? (didn't think they would dissapere so i didn't screenshot getting them! :/

there is no logs for quest items
