Bug description: I completed the quest but I couldn't turn it in, so i abandoned it to take it again and i lost all quest items and i can't even take it again!

By abandoning the quest, you lose the quest items. That's how it goes.
I don't really understand what exactly you can't take again, the quest itself or the quest items?

Also, in the picture you provided, is that the bug of you not being able to turn the quest in while having the quest items or?
By abandoning the quest, you have to farm the quest items again in order to be eligible to complete it and turn it in.

thats ok, i cant take the quest itself!
and for the picture i forgot take screenshots when i had quest items so it's for when i abandoned it and now i can't take the quest again
