Item Name & ID: Well, I can't loot any of the chests but: Shoulderpads of the Monolith | 45265; Winter's Icy Embrace | 45453

Details: (optional) Cache of Living Stone ( Kologarn ) Ulduar 25N and Cache of Winter ( Hodir ) 25N cannot be looted.

without proof of having those items in the chest cannot process this, also next time when posting screenshots post with User Interface and whole screenshot not edited screenshots.
