Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Formula este gresita. Formula corecta este (64,5 + 10% spell power)*x, unde x este 1 si este adunat cu 1 dupa fiecare 4 tickuri. Asta inseamna 63,5(base dmg) + 717,7 = 781,2 (tickurile 1-4). x2 = 1562 (tickurile 5-8). x3 = 2342 (tickurile 9-12).
Am luat formula de aici .
Dovada / Proof: Fara talente , Affliction , Spell power

Coeficient gresit.
