Race change

I was wondering if there was any way other than paying with real life money to change your race. Someone in game told me that it was available for 100 vote points but when i looked it said NOT available for changing race so yea. I sorta wanna change my race so thats why im asking. I was thinking to make the character customization to be completely like you make a new hero, including a race change.

Btw, if you think there should be a race change in the vote shop then press yes maybe theyll make it a thing im sure there are more people out there who wanna change their race
