I just got my own TOR exit node running. Now I want to use some capturing program to intercept the packages that are being sent over my network. What would be the best software for this? I know about Wireshark, but they dont let me search for certain words in packets, just protocols. Im also wondering if this can be used while im running my exit node over a VPN. Any help would be appreciated
