Transfer problems

I cant transfer my character (Metalgnome) to Exodus . Its saying me that i got 10 chars but i dont have 10 ???

well i transferred 3 of my other toons to exodus and when i try to change realm, it says that i don't have characters in exodus. It seems that it was a visual thingy because when i log in exodus my 3 characters are there.

You have to wait 30-60 minutes for a "char count refresh"
