USB device not recognized

Dupa cum spune si titlul... problema a aparut dintr-o data... nu am umblat nicaieri... ci pur si simplu laptopul nu imi mai detecteaza mouse`ul... orice altceva imi detecteaza mai putin mouse`ul (stick / cablul de date etc)... am cautat pe google ore intregi .. am gasit diverse solutii le-am incercat pe toate insa fara vreun rezultat


Cand conectez mouse`ul imi zice USB device not recognized (momentan folosesc touchpad`ul dar pe asta nu-l pot folosii la jocuri)....

windows 7 x64
laptop acer aspire v3-571G... cumparat recent (prin octombrie 2012) mai exact acesta este laptopul

nu stiu ce i-as mai putea face am incercat urmatoarele:
i-am scos bateria si l-am lasat stins ~30 minute (asa am gasit pe unele forumuri)
Am umblat prin device manager si am sters toate USB controllers (ca apoi sa se instaleze singure la restartare)
am 3 porturi usb.. le-am conectat in toate fara niciun rezultat
am incercat alte mouse`uri.. fara rezultat

Help?

din ce am citit pe forums problema e din cauza compatibilitatii porturilor USB si a windows 7

eu incercam mouse`uri cu porturi usb 1.1 .. in timp ce laptop`ul are usb 2.0 si 3.0... normal ar trebui sa mearga dar dadea rateuri grave

cu alte cuvinte am dat ceva bani mai multi pe un mouse mai bun
