WTF arena points BUGGED!!!

deathowner here GM i have a problem with the arena points it seems that all my characters in EXODUS have buged arena points/capped.....i have been playing arena and won several time but no points had been added to my mage and warr....i have made a ticket with my mage...i did not w8 for the server response....pls help me fixed my arena points bugged and help me get the points that i won on my warr(dejabuu) and mage(akomismo), so that the time and effort that i have use for that wont be wasted!!!
