launch problems

Hi guys, i downloaded the client but this appears:

World of Warcraft was not able to connect to the network data source. For help fixing this issue, please see: https://battle.net/support/article/7411.
How can i fix it?

I uncheked "read only", get the 64bit and redownloaded the launcher again, but it doesn't work.

Hello roby1799,

-Reset your network devices to make sure your router hasn't become flooded with data.

-Try closing background applications to resolve any software conflicts.

-Disable or temporarily uninstall any security programs, which may mistakenly identify the login module as a security threat.

Should that not work, you can also try to do the following:

Hold windows key + R then type in "cmd". Once the promt is open type in these sentences:

ipconfig/flushdns > press enter
ipconfig/release > press enter
ipconfig/renew > press enter

After you are done with the mentioned above steps restart your computer.

Hello roby1799,

Go to Control Panel and change your adapter settings. Choose your connection and right-click Properties. Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and choose Properties.

Select the second option "Use the following DNS server addresses."
Set the Preferred DNS Server as 8.8.8.8
Apply and save all settings.

Since it still doesn't work, would you please try the following sequence ?

Type "ipconfig /flushdns" and press Enter.
Type "ipconfig /registerdns" and press Enter.
Type "ipconfig /release" and press Enter.
Type "ipconfig /renew" and press Enter.
Type "netsh winsock reset" and press Enter.
Restart the computer.
