If it's in the background give it a few minutes. It should open eventually for sure.

i try this in another pc, in my private pc its takes like 4 hour and it not open at all (background processes)
i have been offline for long time, when i update to new patch, this happen

Method 2 is the new launcher. Also, you're entering the game using "launcher_freakz" and not "freakz_837", right?

Add the following line:

SET disableAutoRealmSelect "1"

i check my wtf folder, its emty, so i add a notepaf, rename it to config.wtf, and fill it with SET disableAutoRealmSelect "1"

The conclusion is :
1. Starting from Sarah's post, I created a new config.wtf with notepad and typed SET disableAutoRealmSelect "1", made it myself, not difficult
2. Turnoff my modem for 5 minutes, turn on, and ready to play 200latency, smooth play
