Hello new members:

What is the profile of members E.G. wants?

A - First of all, we are a PvE oriented guild. Our members will always priorize our guildraids, over any other personal activity, when it is scheduled in the normal raiding times:
- European Timezone: from 21/22 pm server time to 0 am server time
- Asian/Southamerican Timezone: from 0 am server time to 3 am server time (this zone depends on the amount of foreign players and is subject to future changes)

B - Our members shall be respectful, and always observe the code of conduct: http://forum.wow-freakz.com/Guild-Rules-t133534.html. We value gaming skills ofcourse, but our first aim is to recruit persons with ethic codes. If you are polite and mature, this is your guild. If you are a troll, basher, harasser, selfish person, etc, dont even bother to apply.

C - We don't care about gear, so ilvl is not a requisite. However, all our new members will have a trial phase, when they will be helped to increase their skill or gear. Once this trial is over, you either learn how to keep up with the average raiding standard, or you can start looking another guild.

How to join us?

If you are interested in joining E.G. here is a short explanation on how to apply on our website:

1º Step: Browse our website: http://www.generis.enjin.com and read the guildrules http://generis.enjin.com/forum/m/2035097/viewthread/1053999-guild-rules

2º Step: Register an account, and fill the application form. It is necesary? YES, and is very important to make a serious attempt here. Poor applications get instantly rejected.

3º Step: Once we read this, we will either: accept the application, or ask more questions about incomplete points, or reject it. If your application is accepted, we will ask you to join a testing raid online, to evaluate your performance and knowledge of scripts. If you do it properly, we will invite you to join us.
