- Current Raiding Experience : I know all LIVE bosses in MoP raids on normal difficulty, I usually need 1 extra minute to read the differences for Heroic mode. I have 5/6 MV HC progress, only because my previous guilds didn't do other HCs or I was undergeared for ToT HC. Everytime a new SOO boss was / will be added, I read up on them and watch videos of the fight from a healer's perspective.

P.S : I bring food as often as I afford to farm the materials for banquets, I make free gylphs for guildies' main / alt characters and I always bring a Brazier of Dancing Flames to party with while getting ready for a raid.
Extra : Willing to be the one to always make sure everybody in the raid knows what we're up against on each boss encounter, whether I lead the respective raid or just get a Raid Assistant promotion
