Accesarea serverului uwc3.freakz.ro aduce automat dupa sine acceptarea tuturor clauzelor stipulate mai jos !



Reguli jucatori

1. Limbajul indecent/vulgar/obscen este pedepsit cu llama/gag/ban 30-120 minute, sau chiar permanent
   
2. Nu intrati pe server cu nick-uri vulgare sau nick-uri care batjocoresc anumiti jucatori/admini. pedeapsa: ban 30-120 minute, sau chiar permanent
   
3. In cazul in care ati fost supus comenzii de gag sau llama, nu aveti voie sa va reconectati la server pentru a scapa de efectele acestora, pedeapsa: 30-100 minute ban.
   
4. Nu faceti spam; Nu vorbiti la microfon sau sa scrieti aiurea propozitii fara sens
   
5. Folosirea orcarui tip de cod este pedepsita cu ban permanent si alterarea setarilor clientului dumneavoastra de CS
   
6. Reclama la alte servere / site-uri care nu sunt afiliate FREAKZ.RO este pedepsita cu ban permanent
   
7. Deranjarea adminilor poate atrage dupa sine kick/ban pe o perioada stabilita de adminul in cauza
   
8. Incercati sa faceti in asa fel incat prin felul in care va purtati/jucati pe server, sa nu lezati dispozitia celorlalti playeri
   
9. Jocul Nu este free game, Tero planteaza CT defuze (vezi regula respawn)
   
10. Este interzis sa aveti mai multe conturi / nickuri rezervate . In caz contrar, deletexp pe ambele nickuri
    

Pe hartile mici(fy , aim , awp , 35 , deagle5) este interzisa folosirea grenadelor napalm/critical , folosireaa skill-urilor ofensive(suicide bomber , flash of light , locust swarm , chain lighting ,flame strike) si de asemenea este interzisa teleportarea. Atentie!!! Gate-ul poate fi folosit indiferent de harta.

Nu aveti voie sa va urcati pe harta(pe textura) , a nu se confunda cu alexandra si italy remake , unde practic mergi pe cladiri.
*Regula respawn:
-Jocul NU este Free Game , Tero planteaza CT defuze , nu campati in baza adversa , doar treceti , trasul in baza adversa este strict interzis , doar cu conditia daca cel care da ultimatul "gate" sau reinvie (vengeance) si trage in el are dreptul de a se apara.
Hartile unde sunt X-ul in baza de exemplu (de_westwood unde se profita) se va face astfel : Daca bomba este la X sau player-ul in cauza are bomba si se duce la X nu este considerat respawn .




Reguli admini

[*]Nu abuzati de privilegiile de care dispuneti. Folositi-le pentru a asigura jucatorilor un joc linistit, fara turbulente.
[*]Inactivitatea* nejustificata, atat pe server cat si pe forum, determina avertizarea adminului in cauza, sau chiar scaderea acestuia.
[*]Coordonarea/subordonarea intre admini se face ierarhic, astfel gradele inferioare se subordoneaza celor superioare.
[*]Fara certuri admin-user, admin-admin si fara amenintari.
[*]Inainte de a lua o decizie, consultati-va cu ceilalti admini de pe server pentru rezultate mai bune pe placul tuturor.
[*]Nu folositi excesiv amx_say/amx_tsay.
[*]Schimbarea hartii se face doar in cazul in care aceasta a fost supusa la vot prin comanda "amx_vote Votati harta1 harta2 harta3 harta4" si s-au scurs cel putin 25 de minute din harta curenta.
[*]Dreptul de a executa comenzi de tip llama/gag/kick/slay/etc. asupra adminilor le revine doar warlorzilor si ownerilor in situatii de stricta necesitate.
[*]Sub nici o forma nu imprumutati parola accesului dumneavoastra altui player/admin.
[*]Daca intrati cu alt nume aveti aceleasi drepturi si indatoriri ca orice alt player.
[*]Comanda *** se executa exclusiv asupra codatilor. In niciun caz nu o folositi cand cereti id-ul cuiva in vederea predarii screenshoturilor.
[*]Nu umblati direct la setarile serverului. Daca vreti sa le resetati, faceti-o prin intermediul CFG-ului "default.cfg", prin comanda: amx_cfg default.cfg
[*]Vizitati in mod regulat sectiunea uwc3.freakz.ro de pe forum, participati la discutii si exprimati-va votul la cererile de accese.



[i]*Nota: Aveti de indeplinit un barem de ore jucate pe server:
peste 25 de ore / luna - OK
15-20 ore / luna - 1 avertisment
10-15 ore / luna - 2 avertismente
sub 10 ore / luna - downgrade/acces scos



Echipa uwc3.freakz.ro isi rezerva dreptul de a efectua modificari asupra regulamentului, in consecinta este recomandata revizualizarea regulata a regulamentului.

Accessing uwc3.freakz.ro means you agree to the following rules below


Player rules

1. Inappropriate language is punished with llama/gag/ban 30-120 minutes or even permanent ban

9. FREE GAME!You can play how you want taking into consideration the rules above.One small exception:if you are the last one alive try to complete map objectives (bomb/hostages) so as not to keep a whole team waiting,otherwise you risk getting slap/slay.

On smaller maps (fy, aim, awp, 35, deagle5) is forbidden to use napalm grenades / critical, using offensive skills (suicide bomber, flash of light, Locust swarm, chain lighting, flame strike) and is also forbidden teleportation . Attention! Gate can be used on any map.
You are not allowed to climb on the map (the texture), not to be confused with alexandra and italy remake, where practically go on building.

Admin rules

[*]Do not abuse your privileges.Use them to maintain a peacefull game,without any trouble
[*]Unjustified unactivity*,both on the server and forum,is punished with warnings or even removal of privileges
[*]The coordonation/subordonation between admins is made hierarchical,so as inferior ranks must listen to higher ranks
[*]No argues admin-user,admin-admin and no threats
[*]Before taking a decision you have to consult with the other online admins for better results
[*]Do not abuse amx_say/amx_tsay

more than 25 hours/ month-OK
15-20 hours/ month-one warning
10-15 hours/ month-two warnings
below 10 hours/ month-downgrade/remove acces
