[Reputation Guide] The August Celestials

The August Celestials defend the temples of Pandaria from the evils of the Sha and Mogu. This faction includes the four celestials and their respective servants. In the absence of any major authority since the last emperor Shaohao, the Celestials appear to have taken up general leadership of Pandaria.

This factions includes one quest hub per celestial, but you can only do quests at one of these locations (or you can mix them up a bit, as you please); the locations for the August Celestials daily quests include: Yu'lon's Temple of the Jade Serpent (Jade Forest), Chi-Ji's Cradle (Krasarang Wilds), Xuen's Temple of the White Tiger (Kun-Lai Summit) and Niuzao's Temple (Townlong Steppes).

All of this being said, I will present the dailies at each location, by sets/categories, meaning that you can only chose one set / location to do quests, or mix them up Set I from one location with Set II from another and so on...


Temple of the Jade Serpent, in Jade Forest:

Set I: One daily quest from the following:

The Shadow of Doubt - defeat the Shadow of Doubt
Flames of the Void - mount Serpent Rider Kano's serpent, ride it into Pure Water Springs and use its ability to extinguish x6 Void Flames around the Jade Temple Grounds area (note: how a pure water spring looks like & how a void flame looks like).

Set II: Three daily quests from the following:

The Darkness Around Us - defeat x15 Sha NPCs around the Jade Temple Grounds area, like: Lingering Doubt (alt), Final Doubt or the Shadow of Doubt
Behind the Masks - collect x8 Masks of Doubt
Arrows of Fortune - collect x8 Defender Arrows
- OR -
Saving the Sutras - collect x8 Ancient Sutras
- OR -
Hidden Power - use the Stack of Mantras to deliver Ancient Mantras to x6 Yu'lon Guardians and Yu'lon Adepts

Cradle of Chi-Ji, in Krasarang Wilds:

Set I: There will only be one daily quest available, but each one unlocked by the previous, until the last one remains:

The following quest will be the only one available daily after you've completed the final daily challenge:
Champion of Chi-Ji - challenge & defeat the Champion of Chi-Ji

Set II: These three daily quests will be available in case you chose this hub:

Students of Chi-Ji - defeat x10 Students of Chi-Ji (1 / 2)
Chasing Hope - find and tag x3 Spirits of the Crane
Gifts of the Great Crane - find and collect x10 Gifts of the Crane

Temple of the White Tiger, in Kun-Lai Summit:

Set I: One daily quest from the following:

The Torch of Strength - take the quest from Lin Tenderpaw, DO NOT MOUNT (it will remove the flame and you'll need to retake the quest), follow the road towards the area's main temple, but beware not to get close to the Temple Tornado's that spawn along the way; you complete the task by lightning the The Strong Brazier in front of the main temple
Contending With Bullies - defeat Shonuf

Set II: One group of dailies from the following two (and the other two dailies of the day from Set II you can do from the other three hubs):

Round 1: Brewmaster Chani - challenge & defeat Brewmaster Chani
Round 2: Clever Ashyo & Ken-Ken - challenge & defeat Clever Ashyo and Ken-Ken
Round 3: The Wrestler - challenge & defeat The Wrestler
Round 4: The P.U.G. - challenge & defeat the trio of Tankiss, Hackiss and Healiss
- OR -
Round 1: The Streetfighter - challenge & defeat Lun-Chi
Round 2: Kang Bramblestaff - challenge & defeat Kang Bramblestaff
Round 3: Master Boom Boom - challenge & defeat Master Boom Boom
Round 4: Master Windfur - challenge & defeat Master Windfur

Niuzao's Temple, in Tonwlong Steppes:

Set I: One daily quest from the following:

The Siege Swells -or- The Unending Siege - defeat x25 -or- x12 Sra'thik Attackers, like: Sra'thik Warcaller, Sra'thik Swiftclaw, Sra'thik Fleshrender

Set II: Three daily quests from the following:

In Battle's Shadow - throw x10 Loose Bricks
- OR -
The Big Guns - use the Pot of Fire on x3 Sra'thik War Wagons



A Blade is a Blade - when Sra'thik Warcallers or Sra'thik Swiftclaws fall, they leave their weapon on the ground, and you need to obtain x10 of these (note: best matched with one of the Set I quests)
- OR -
Paying Tribute - obtain x6 stores of food by interacting with Niuzao Food Supplies (1 / 2)



The Overwhelming Swarm - defeat x4 Sra'thik Kunchongs
- OR -
Fallen Sentinels - use the Yak's Milk Flask on x8 Wounded Niuzao Sentinels

Alliance players can find Quartermaster Sage Whiteheart at the Shrine of the Seven Stars, whilst Horde players need to search for Quartermaster Sage Lotusbloom at the Shrine of Two Moons, both inside the Vale of Eternal Blossom.

NOTE: remember that to gain access to the Vale of Eternal Blossom you need to complete the following quest chain, in Kun-Lai Summit, mostly at the Temple of the White Tiger:

NOTE: You have to be Revered with the Golden Lotus before doing the dailies at Niuzao temple, cradle of chi-ji and temple of the white tiger

Removed in 5.4.8... we ignored this, despite being in Phase I (a major factor being that Golden Lotus suffered major changes in 5.4.8, the patch in which the Vale is currently in, as status-quo).

The quests weren't showing up unless i became revered with Golden Lotus, a few of my guildes had to do the same so it's not removed.

A few or all? Because those 4 zones are linked, meaning if you do quests in one of them, you block the quests in the other 3, for that day... and so on, so maybe this is the misconception... I assure you there's no "Golden Lotus revered" condition.
