Reputation reward from Suramar quest

I would like to know if it is normal not to get reputation rewards from quests in Suramar when Wowhead says that every quest gives reputation. Is this a bug or a problem with your server ?

PS : I put a photo of wowhead and it's the same for every quest in Suramar history here the link too. This is just an exemple of the usual rewards.

so i also wanted to know because not only normal missions like world missions are giving a reputation less, in other regions like val'shara ta giving 250 of reputation for world mission, already in suramar of 75 all, finished suramar missions and I'm still honored and there's no way I can get the maximum
ps:if I'm doing something wrong in the post correct me, and my first post here on the forum
