Bug description: As you can see in this picture, I'm clearly standing inside Orgrimmar, and yet I can't change my talents. Unstuck, relog it won't matter.
This also means I can't insta-logout in major cities, which is really annoying.
And to what I can test, this bug only occurs on Champion and none of my other characters.
I have tried to delete both WTF and CACHE folders. And the server has restarted a bunch over the past 5 days this bug has been occurring.
