Resto druid stats

I have been thinking what stats we should keep for this expansion.Is it really worth switching from mastery to haste?(3rd cap)
During ToT and and the begining of SoO i managed to aquire enough mastery to reach 51% during raids (with buffs of course) and i don't know if it will beneficial for my healing to switch stats.
I know the up's from getting the 3rd cap, the tranq,rejuv tic...etc. But i don't know if it will compensate for all the mastery lost in getting the cap so i want to ask the community to see what they think.
Worst case scenario i'll get another set full haste to test that out.
(Since i keep the 4pc from ToT i kinda don't wanna change stats atm, i can get up to e 50k tic on rejuv with SotF

I dont think stacking too much haste is good. Going for second haste cap and then stacking mastery should be fine. Im kinda busy atm irl, ill get back to you when i do some research.

i've played my druid @ 3rd haste cap and it's not worth to loose the mastery in the process. maybe with moar gear from soo it will become viable

Yeah i spent these days on old Blizz topics about trying to achive the 3rd haste breakpoint and i have come to this conclusion:
1)You should try to reach the 3rd haste cap only if you have 6000-7000 base haste out of your items otherwise it would result in a huge Hp/s loss.(if it reduces your healing too much and your heals are still not enough to raise somebody from 3% in less than 1/2 second it's not worth achieving it)
2)Sticking to the 1st or 2nd break point is not a problem at all,actually is a wonderfull decision since you get to keep most of your mastery/spirit.
3)Keeping the 4Pc set from ToT might be a better solution than going for the SoO set,that's if you go crazy about mastery like me and end up in a raid with 48% ~ 18000.

(this i think is up to debate,i want to see your point of view about this)
With this much mastery Rejuv's can do a critical tick for 110k m8(if you use SoTF) so why not.Also a constant 195k regrowth does not hurt :)

Lil' sidenote: The 51% i mentioned about was in a primordius encouter so don't mind that
