Restore my items!

I lost a lot of items in my guild bank (word boss dropped tank chest and other) pls restore my items!
I try restore on webpage, does not work. Loose a lot of items from my mage, hunter, bank bags with items.
And vote failure have too, i vote at 2-3 days and dont give me points.
