Restoring Guild level

Hello,due to rollback my guild Black Rose lost 2 levels,we were 24 and now we are 22.is it possible to restore these levels?Do i need to post some request somewhere?

Hello Also the Guild Bane of the fallen Hero had the same problem. We were 24 and now 22 lvl. Could GMs restore these level? thanks

Hello, unfortunately we already gave all guilds some levels back, we cannot investigate if all guilds have everything back

, so we will not give any more levels.
