Ingrediente

200 gr smochine uscate (cca 16 smochine)
120 ml sherry dulce (Nectar PX Gonzalez Byas)
250 ml apa
3 linguri zahar
2 prize scortisoara macinata
16 migdale (fara coaja)
15 gr ciocolata neagra
4 linguri cu varf branza ricotta (cca 250 gr)

Mod de preparare

Se pun la fiert smochinele cu sherry, apa, zaharul si scortisoara. Se fierb la foc mic 10 minute.
Se scot smochinele cu o paleta cu gauri din sirop. Siropul se fierbe la foc mare inca 2 minute, ca sa se reduca putin. Se pun smochinele inapoi in sirop. Se acopera cu capac si se lasa sa stea minim 2 ore (dar pot fi pastrate si peste noapte la frigider).
Taiati ciocolata bucatele.
Cand doriti sa le serviti, faceti o incizie in varful smochinelor si introduceti pe acolo cate o migdala si o bucatica de ciocolata.
Dati smochinele la cuptor, la 170C, pentru 5 minute, pana ciocolata se topeste.
Puneti cate o lingura de ricotta pe 4 farfurii adanci. Turnati sirop in jurul branzei. Asezati cate 4 smochine umplute in jur. Pudrati ricotta cu putina scortisoara sau cacao.
