Ingrediente

6 pulpe de pui
3 gutui
sare, piper

Mod de preparare

Pulpele le-am dat cu sare si mult piper. Le-am asezat pe oala grill cu abur (cea cu gaura in mijloc, in care se pune apa pe margine).
Gutuile le-am taiat felii si le-am asezat printre pulpe.
Am acoperit oala si le-am copt la foc mediu pentru 40 minute, pana pulpele sunt rumene. Daca gutuile se coc mai repede, scoateti-le pe o farfurie si mai lasati pulpele sa se faca. Am servit imediat.
