[Revendreth] The Final Atonement - The Avowed - reputation

Character name: The Accuser

Bug description:
I finished t The Final Atonement storyline -> https://www.wowhead.com/storyline/the-final-atonement-114
But i did not gain any reputation for The Avowed. After finishing the storyline i should have The Avowed neutral with +2000 rep

Notes:
This happened on my character that leveled up first time in shadowlands.
After finishing the storyline i did not receive Sojourner of Revendreth achievement
I am able to obtain sinstone fragments
The only quest that i have not done in Revendreth is Common Ground (witch i can't find for some reason)

Obs:
I could not see The Avowed in my reputations list when i completed the quests.
The Avowed was added in my reputations list recently while i was walking around looking around for The Avowed npcs in Halls of Atonement and DarkHeaven.

Also killing mobs in Halls of Atonemen should give reputation when killed. This does not happen.

It seems to me this could be the same problem and the reason his quest is not displayed is because he completed it already.


I am trying to gain reputation with The avowed and it seems i am stuck. What should i do?
