Cheat Death

Bug description: It should prevent a fatal attack and reduce my HP to 7%. This does not always work, sometimes it just completely ignores cheat death and the talent activates when Im dead.
On the other hand when it does proc, it should reduce damage taken by 85% for the next 3s, but it instead reduces damage taken by around 97.5%.

I am not sure if it helps you but i think you can't survive with cheat death if the fatal attack is > 200% your max HP.
Atleast for ardent defender on prot pala this was changed so would make sense if all such effects got a threshold.
