WoW Freakz spell link: Vanish Garrote Subterfuge (wowhead link)
Bug description: If you vanish using subterfuge talent and then use garrote instantly(while vanish buff is active on you) garrote will go on cooldown and will act like you used it out of stealth(wont deal 125% increased dmg like subterfuge talent says also). I think server doesnt see vanish as stealth for some reason, and it shouldnt be that way since vanish gives u all stealth benefits and even more as it says in spell description. I found this bug only occurs if u garrote right away after using vanish, if you wait few seconds to get inside real stealth it will work fine(garrote wont go on cooldown and will deal increased dmg).
