Rogue Campaign Quests Missing my quest log

Details: (optional) Below I upgraded from 7.2.5 to 7.3.5 I had Rogue Campaign Quests in my quest logs and after the upgrade to 7.3.5 all those Rogue Campaign Quests are now missing and nothing in the rogue order hall and have went to various zones to see if I can see anything and found nothing.

Since then I have completely unlocked Assassination, and Subtlety specs and relics with 910 ilevel. Outlaw spec is all unlocked except for the last relic and I want to get that unlocked too.

Plus I have only 5 followers and cannot not unlock the rest of the followers in the rogue order hall and want to unlock those too.

I have also unlocked Order Hall Upgrades all the way down to Where I have to finish the Broken Isles quest chain to unlock that upgraded.

Is there a way for the GM's can help me with this matter in getting the quests back to complete them and get the quest to unlock the other followers in the rogue order hall?

I will be grateful for you help in this.
