Rogue Campaign

I have already completed this part/quest of the Rogue Campaign.

I turned in the quest, gained my xp but the next quest is not available. According to wowhead the next quest is supposed to be automatically given.

Which, I do not have. I can see a gray ! on top of the quest giver, but I can only talk to him. I can not continue my Rogue Campaign if I can not take the quest. Please help.

I opened a ticket and gm also says go to that link. I can not take the quest from the quest giver. The quest giver have a gray ! upon them but I can not take the quest.
