Bug description: This PvP rogue's talent allow it to suppress all slow effects. When you apply a slow effect on a rogue its not slowed.

Proof: I haven't a software to record video, i can't prove it with screenshot, so please test it in arena if you can.

Can confirm that this honor talent completely ignores slows when active even tho it shouldn't.
