[Rogue] Fan of Knives when Shadow Blades is up

Bug description: Shadow Blades beside the shodow damage also have the following effect: "...your combo-point-generating abilities to generate an additional combo point when used.".
When the rogue is having up the shadow blades, any combo point generating ability is giving you an additional combo point. Fan of Knives is a combo generating ability but is not affected by Shadow Blades instead is generating combo points normally(x1 for every cast of the spell) when the rogue has the Shadow Blades buff.

Also since the patch shadowblades combo regeneration is bugged on mutilate, only giving me 3 combo points when it used to be 4 for non crits, fan of knives also gives 2 combo points still during this, so during shadowblades fan of knives spam for combo regeneration on single target is now a greater dps gain than mutilate.....
