[Rogue][PvE][PvP] Redirect

Descrierea bugului / Bug description:
The way it should work:
-Redirect should be able to move Combpoints from a dead target to a living one
-Redirect shouldnt (just like Blind) start combat, meaning you can use it on a Boss before the fight without pulling him
-Redircet should throw out an error message ("That ability requires Combo points") when you dont have Combopoints to use.

The way it works on freakz:
When having Combopoints on a dead target and using Redirect on a living target , Redirect will be on CD but you wont have the Points.
When using Redirect on the boss prefight, you will pull the boss and wipe an unprepared raid.
When using it without Combopoints to use, it just goes on CD without an actual effect.
