WoW Freakz spell link: Alacrity
Bug description: Alacrity's haste just increases the attack speed (ex from 2.4 to 2.0 at max stacks with 1h swords(outlaw) ) IT SHOULD increase the Energy Regeneration TOO, and it should speed up DOT's ticks ( ex: if you have an ability that has a 16s duration and 2s tick rate and you get enough alacrity to reduce the tick rate to 1.5s, the duration is reduced to 12s. this is just for an exemple ) and reduce the global cooldown. Practically , it should affect things just like Heroism/Bloodlust buf .
Proof: just see char sheet (with DejaCharStats addon to see more things in the char sheet).

@Dejawu Did u made any tests since u posted this ? I use Alacrity on my assasination rogue ,but for now I dont see any regeneration increase only better atack speed ..
