is it possible to get Runes of the Darkening for Frost DK hidden appearance from 2 world bosses that drop them in Stromhelm when they spawn ( it should be guaranteed drop http://www.wowhead.com/npc=106982/reaver-jdorn ) cuz that woild be only way to get them cuz Devs are too busy fixing bugs in Legion atm to focus on Legacy Raids like ICC and Nax that can drop this as well

TL:DR Are hidden artifact appearance's scripted?
