Same IP for two players

I'm pretty new here, so immediately after a huge Wave

HELLO EVERYBODY!!! Wave

I have a question for any admin and/or mod here: I'll probably play most of the time with a friend of mine (SylSyl), and we'll obviously share the same IP... can it be a problem?

It can, but only for the lottery/rewards that are on the website or the forum. For playing itself, I don't think it will be a problem.
Nevertheless, wait for a blue reply to be 100% sure.
